OCBC in Social Media Crisis

A blogger by the name of Kitchen Tigress is making a wave in the blogsphere when she posted an article relating the experience she had in one of the OCBC branches. The story goes that she went into the bank to blatantly ask for a birthday cake. The reason? Well, blame it on the commerical by OCBC.
